This week the RELAXBACK UK show talks to a headteacher at a primary school in central London about the preparations for the new school year. It is always a busy time but this year especially so with all the arrangements to keep pupils and staff as safe as possible from covid.

Also during the lockdown and as things have eased slightly in some areas people have been reluctsnt to attend hospital for any reason. it is important not to let other health issues get out of hand and I speak to an eye surgeon how this is important especially for eye health.
