May is National Walking Month and Hanging Around Upside Down

May 2, 2017 - Mike Dilke

The Relaxback UK show this week talks about National Walking Month and the benefits of inversion therapy.

Listen to the show HERE

Tanya Braun is with the charity Living Streets and they are organising National Walking Month this May. The aim is to get us all walking more but more importantly enjoying walking more.

How do you incorporate walking into your daily schedule? - tell us below.

Also I like to hang upside down sometimes. Some of my friends think I am a bit crazy but I discovered that Chris McLean of Marylebone Physio shares the same love of traction. Find out why and what it can do for you on the Relaxback UK show here.

It is not for everyone though and if you have any questions on how to do it or when not to do it ask them here.

Chris and his specialist Running Gods also helped the team of runners from the Brain and Spine Foundation at the London Marathon. Hear what they did in the Relaxback UK show.

Thanks for reading and if you have any comments or questions please do make/ ask them below and listen to the show.

Thanks

Mike
