June 18, 2019 - Mike Dilke
This week on the RELAXBACK UK SHOW the subject is gut health. I speak with Amanda Hamilton who has presented many shows on nutrition and written books on the subject and also Dr Stephen Robinson who is a researcher working on the absolute cutting edge of how our gut can influence our health.
Also you can win an ACTIVE STAND to keep you active, healthy and happy at your desk or wherever you want or need to stand.
She talks a fair bit about goats milk and sent me the report she mentioned in the interview. Have a look at it to come to your conclusions.
(I am struggling to get this loaded - bear with me! I have it but can't get it on the blog. If you want it before I have solved the problem please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send it to you.)
I was also lucky enough to visit Dr Stephen Robinson at the Quadram Institute in Norwich. He, and his colleagues, are at the absolute cutting edge of discovering how our gut affects our health. Dr Robinson's expertise is in cancer and how our gut can influence this. Listen here to get an overview and some details on where the latest science is leading. Also get a feel for just how exciting this subject is and how engaged Dr Robinson is in this work.
Dr Robinson mentioned attending events at the Quadram Institute as a good way for the public to keep informed about the latest in gut health. There are none planned in the very immediate future but the link to follow is here.
