This week on the Relaxback UK show I talk to Neil Ben who has a video production company about how he approaches the physical hard work of what he does. I also have a very useful discussion with a surgeon on what you need to ask before you sign your consent form and yet another commuting rant.

Neil Ben has a video production company in Watford. As well as some examples of how useful videos can be for all types of businesses he talks about how he makes the physical work of filming and editing less difficult. Filming can be very active with having to lug heavy pieces of equipment while editing can be very sedentary and time consuming so Neil has methods to deal with both scenarios. Hear them here.
