I love sit/ stand desks that allow you to work standing or sitting. I have noticed some articles recently about treadmills at your desk so you walk while working. I admit that I haven't tried it but I can see it being a bit awkward and they must take up quite a lot of space. This article is from the USA  - maybe they have more space.
